My background spans applied AI, full-stack engineering, security, and product development — often in contexts where reliability and clarity matter more than novelty. Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from AI-assisted developer tooling and ML systems to AI-driven compliance automation and security assessments, frequently taking projects from early concept through production and long-term ownership.
I’m particularly drawn to building intelligent systems that are explainable, maintainable, and useful in practice, whether the audience is engineers, business stakeholders, or end users.

I care about engineering judgment — knowing when to introduce complexity and when to remove it.
Across my projects, I tend to focus on:
- Applying AI where it genuinely adds value, deterministic systems where it doesn't
- Clear interfaces between humans and software
- Long-term maintainability over short-term optimization
- Tools and products that respect the user’s attention and trust
I believe the best software feels obvious in hindsight, even if it wasn’t obvious to build.

Poddie — Poddie Ops (POPS)
I built the IT infrastructure for the company Poddie and, as part of that, designed and developed a custom ERP system — Poddie Ops — running serverless on the Cloudflare edge. It orchestrates the entire manufacturing pipeline end to end, integrates two external ERP/CRM systems, and powers real-time collaboration across the organization.

I founded and later sold a subscription-based web services company focused on small and medium-sized businesses. I was responsible for the full lifecycle — from client acquisition and product design to engineering, hosting, and long-term maintenance. This experience shaped how I think about ownership, trade-offs, and building systems that actually survive in the real world.

I designed and implemented an automated document monitoring system that detects regulatory changes, summarizes them using AI, and distributes actionable updates to stakeholders. The work emphasized auditability, correctness, and explainability in compliance-sensitive workflows.
