Which Has More

A minimal interactive game centered around comparison logic and decision-making, designed to provide immediate feedback through clear interaction and intentional simplicity. The project explores how small design choices influence understanding, engagement, and user confidence.

Solo project

Duration

~1–2 weeks (concept, design, implementation)

Intent

Which Has More was created as a design exercise, not as a feature-rich game.

The goal was to explore how users reason about comparisons when provided with limited information and immediate feedback, and how clarity in interaction design can guide decision-making without explicit instructions.

The project intentionally avoids complexity in favor of focus, responsiveness, and learnability.

Design & Interaction Approach

The game is built around a small set of deliberate design constraints:

  • Single, clear interaction loop
  • Immediate feedback
  • Minimal visual language
  • Low cognitive load

These choices emphasize intuition over instruction.

Learning and Growth

This project sharpened my sensitivity to user experience at a micro-interaction level:

  • Designing interfaces where clarity emerges through use, not documentation
  • Balancing simplicity with engagement
  • Understanding how feedback timing influences user confidence
  • Treating UX decisions as first-class engineering decisions

It reinforced that even small projects can surface important lessons about usability and design intent.

Takeaway

Good interaction design is not about adding features — it is about removing friction.

Which Has More demonstrates how intentional constraints, clear feedback, and simplicity can create experiences that feel intuitive, satisfying, and self-explanatory.

# summary
A minimal interactive game built around comparison logic and
decision-making, designed for clarity, feedback, and a clean user
experience.

# design & interaction approach
Focused on simple, legible interactions and immediate feedback loops so
the comparison logic itself stays the center of the experience rather
than being buried under UI complexity.

# demonstrates
UX design sensibility and game-logic implementation at a small scale —
clarity and feedback loops over feature breadth.
